Our Direct Flame Baking Oven
can be used to bake every kind of
biscuits, cake biscuits, crackers and
grissini. Standard widths of the ovens
are 1 meter, 1.2 meters, 1.5 meters;
lengths vary from 10 meters to 86 meters
depending on the capacity.
Oven length is determined depending on
the capacity, dimensions of factory and the dough moulder’s
capacity. Oven consists of individual
units (10 to 12 meters in length) with
heat control. These individual and
modular units contain 6-10 burners.
The gas is regulated 150-200 mbar before
sending the oven. Heat control of the oven is made by
servo-valve on air line of oven. Servo valve appoints
position itself according to temperature set point. The
quantity of gas is arranged by Zero Pressure Regulator
automatically.
Heat
fluctuation
problem is overcome by choosing the correct heat
control units. Main control unit of oven is assemblied
at the exit of the oven. The
unit is totally safe and reliable.
For heating system
of the oven, gas fired pipe type burners are used. The
number of burners may change up on the dimensions of the
oven and the properties of product that will be baked.
Latitudinal
Heat balance is supplied by Adjustable Burner
which has been developed by Pek Makina and those burners
project have been taken under protection of Turkish
Patent Institute with Useful Model Certificate. Those
burners have 10 different burning variations on 5
different sections. Changing one variation to another is
queit easy with human hand.
Especially the
developments made on insulation of the oven, caused
savings on gas usage up to %12-14. Also heating system
that was mentioned above (Zero Gas Pressured) helped gas
savings.
