This machine deposits the pressed dough
from the cylinders with desired profiles.
Also can be cut to desired thicknesses
with the cutting wire. The feeding
cylinder’s rotation speed can be set
easily with the help of frequency control
equipment. Dough canals can be set
individually. The machine works with an
average of 70-80 line cuts/min. Easily
changed molds make it possible to produce
different types of pastry biscuits.
Depending on the type of the product, it
is possible to process 350-550 kg. of
dough.
